Yay! Ok here's a post that the 3 of us are gonna type. Actually Spectre, here typing, while conversing with Sombre and Shadow on MSN x) Well, it's getting late already. So it will be quite a fast one.

0900hrs

Was supposed to meet at this time, but I WAS THE EARLIEST!! x) Went to buy mashed potato since I hadn't had breakfast. Sombre came next and bought BREAD. and she made me damn hungry. Next, we went to NTUC, and shopped for cakemix. and SHADOW CAME ALONG. She looked all weird in her new "outfit". We went all crazy over this super high pitched thing in this song when Sombre went like "WHAT KIND OF SONG IS THIS" Laughed at some mad stuff and we finally bought FAIRY CUPCAKE MIX AND FAIRY WAND COOKIE MIX!! WHEEE~ Then came over to my house to bake.

Sombre shall continue from this point onwards.

1030hrs

Basically by the time we reached Spectre's den we were all feeling damn high. Haha okay did some souvenir exchange then officially started the dangerous baking voyage. I was then made the washing machine. No, not for clothes but for dishes and cutlery. While I was washing Shadow was ordered to read out the instructions to Spectre to get the ingredients ready. However, a misconception in Shadow's speech analysing has caused her to read out ALOUD, which looked and sounded like an oral EXAM is going on. No offence :D Haha okay this time the cake mix was different from Shadow's cake. Starting pouring all the relevant ingredients into the cauldron. Oops i mean mixing bowl. After the machine mix we went to pour them into the small 'lil cupcake cups. Cake cups. Ah whatever, you get what i mean. If you think pouring the cake mix over is easy peanuts, THINK AGAIN! Lol. The wet cake mix totally messed up the aluminium trays and we shifted turns to pour over. So there. We finally put the 2 trays into the hot box. I mean the oven (:

1115hrs

here's Spectre again (: Shadow's away watching video =.= evil dude. Ok anyway, the oven exploded. haha jkjk. I laughing too much at Sombre's writting style. lol. So the cake was baked (rhymes ;D), and meanwhile we tried out the cookie. SO we mixed the things as usual. and cause we didnt have extra backup flour to "lightly flour the baking tray"(as instructed =.=), nor do we have baking paper, WE USED ICING SUGAR. It didnt turn out that bad actually. What's worse was the COOKIE DOUGH. It sticks to our fingers (ok actually mine and sombre's only, since Shadow is isolating herself from fun x) haha) and it's all gooey like mucus mixed with super glue and dried lightly in the hot sun. Not forgetting a bit of butter, oil and everything yuck. lol. So we had a total hard time of making the star shapes. And with the left over dough, we made cookie pops (which was actually the dough with ice cream sticks that was made to look like a lollipop) and into the oven it went after we took out the cakes.

1200hrs
Sombre here. Haha. See, we are making full use of resources by using any possible item we can find in the kitchen for the sake of making our cookies successful. Haha. Okay. The cupcakes were quite good. So after more washing, scrubbing and wiping of the cutlery we went to add cream! Actually the main point of going over to Spectre's dungeon for a baking session is just for the sake of finishing up the leftover resources like cream >:) While I was washing (while the dishwasher is working), Shadow and Spectre went to fiddle with the cream and icing sugar. Seeing that there was an ABUNDANCE of icing sugar (which trotted along with the premixes), they used it instead of regular sugar to sweeten the cream. Hauled out my cream squeezer to decorate the cupcakes. The pink glitter and icing sugar were also used to decorate. HAH. Squeezing out the cream is not exactly what clean freaks would like to do. That's because when we started changing decoration jobs, we realised that cream WATER would leak out of the cream squeezer -.- Decorating the cupcakes were such a chore. Most of them end up unglamourously like just dollops of cream. Oops x.x

1220hrs
Took the cookies out. They looked disastrous. Spectre and I went to decorate the cookies while Shadow did some cleaning up, including kneeling on the floor and sliding (err?) across the kitchen to wipe the floor. Thanks! Haha. Put our initials and the letters RUNAWAY on the cookies. There were exactly 9 pieces of cookies so we divided them into 3s. Then while I was washing some cutlery the other two were on a protest. "WE WANT TO EAT! WE WANT TO EAT!" HAHA okay so we settled down to eat our lunch (which looked like teatime to me). Ate cookies and drank Justea (Yay!). You know, the cookies tasted quite fine, not like what we expected during the proccess of shaping them. (I take back my words oops). Tooks some spastic photos. Then cleared up everything and moved on to gaming. Finally (:

1315hrs
Still Sombre here* I introduced Spectre some cheat codes for gtasa and they were freaking hilarious. Seriously. Though the weather was extremely hot (with birds taking off and scaring Shadow and I), I could say I enjoyed gtasa hahaha. It's been a long time since I played. We summoned Rhinos, tanks, helicopters, planes, whatever junk transport tool you can find out there. Rammed over people, Mega-jumped over railings, fences and houses HAHAHA. We maximized our wanted level and oh man here's the disaster. All the people out there were going to get us. So we summoned Rhino (so did they, but ours rock more) to ram over all the incoming people, randomly bombarded all the surroundings and for don't know what reason we still got caught in the end. OH YES we turned on the invisible car mode. So on the appearance we were just driving on 12 (or so) wheels. Looked damn funny can! Clusters of wheels going round and round bumping each other. But that wasn't for long cause we also turned on the flying cars. LOL! Whatever cars (or wheels) we bumped to were sent off to Mars. Most of the time Shadow controlled the directions of the Rhino, I aimed and Spectre drove on. Then we went into the pizza place and increased the wanted level again. Fooled around with the stupid fire thingy and created patches of fire in the pizza place. Retarded people and cashiers and jingcha stood down there like statues -.- To irritate them further, we extinguished them till they choked to death. Oops!! D:

So that more or less concludes the day. It was superduper hilarious and funny. Except for being drowsy and sleepy in the hot afternoon. It was damn fun and I hope we can do this more often (: And of course practise :D Thank you both of you who made my day!

about us.

Hello guests / fans out there. we're a very very young band here. So bear with us.
Well, mainly, BandRunaway is made up of 3 music loving girls, known as Shadow, Spectre and Sombre
Our goal is to create fusion music in this new era where the modern and the ancient meets and obviously, we're still quite bad at that.
We love music and to us it is just part of our daily lives. Since the three of us are talented in different areas, it'll be great to start a band.
At times, we're hysterical and not to mention we share the common interest of baking too.
So far we've baked chocolate birthday cakes for Shadow's birthday, and fairy cupcakes and cookies for fun.
We lack practicing time due to our hectic schedule and we are uber close friends that eat and study together. However, our goal is to become music makers and not chefs in the kitchen.
Finally we hope that you'll enjoy our music and when there are new songs we'll post it here!
